帰国してやはり…。

時差惚けです。帰国の飛行機の中、一睡もできず。また足首痛のため機内を歩き回ることもできず不快指数かなり高い(T_T)足がむくんで大変でした。 機内では「ロッキー ファイナル」と「不都合の真実」を見た。 「不都合の真実」おもしろいです。行きの飛行機の中でも見ました。地球温暖化はもうはじまってますね。エコ、みなさん実行しましょうね。 昨日は爆睡できたからもう時差惚けは大丈夫と思ってたらだめ！0時くらいに寝れたけど3時くらいに目が覚めて寝れません。つらいっすねぇ。これで夕方に睡魔が襲ってくるんだよなぁ。それで一日のリズムが狂う。時差惚け、本当につらいっすねぇ。

元気に帰国され嬉しく思います。
息子も松井選手に、またお会い出来るのを楽しみに空手の練習に毎日励んでいます。
木津さんにもアドレスを頂き、松井選手のように優しく強いプロになると言ってます。
